Terms of Service | Personal Use

  • If you buy a commission from me you’re agreeing to purchase under my services: Terms & Conditions can change overtime, for more info you can DM me!

  • WORK: I’ll create a custom digital artwork based on your character, concept, or prompt. The final Art piece will be delivered in a digital format (e.g., PNG, JPEG, or PDF) unless otherwise agreed.

  • PAYMENT: The client Pays BEFORE I start the artwork through Paypal or Yappy (Panama Only) in USD. Commission WONT Start until its paid.

  • REFUNDS: Once I start working on a commission, the buyer can't ask for a refund. If I'm unable to start the order, or you cancel before I start, you'll get a refund.

  • LICENSING & USAGE RIGHTS: By paying for this drawing, the Client is purchasing a personal-use license to the commissioned artwork. This license includes the following rights:

  • THE CLIENT CAN:

  • Share, Post, and Display the Artwork online or in personal spaces as long as they credit me (@ilan_profile)

  • Use as reference for their own characters or creative projects, as they own the character/prompt, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use as Profile Picture, Wallpaper and Avatar.

  • THE CLIENT CAN'T:

  • Sell, redistribute, or otherwise profit directly from this specific artwork.

  • Create or sell merchandise (e.g., prints, apparel, stickers, NFTs) using this artwork.

  • Use this artwork in any generative AI, image AI, or machine learning datasets, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E, Grok, or similar systems.

  • Claim authorship of the artwork.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

  • CONTACT ME: on Social Media (twitter, instagram & discord) via @ilan_profile or send me an email on [email protected] with your commission request & reference images. You can also use KoFi to order, but the platform inclues a 5% Fee!!

  • SKETCH: I’ll do multiple sketches based on your instructions. MAJOR REVISIONS ARE DONE HERE.

  • REVISIONS: Major changes in the Design, pose, camera angle, etc. are only requested in the sketching phase. Feel free to ask for multiple Sketches during this phase!

  • LINEART: After the Sketch is done I’ll Clean the Drawing and prepare the Lineart for the coloring.

  • COLORING: The Artwork is colored - After this only minimal revisions are allowed.

  • RENDERING: The Artwork recieves shading and additional details.

  • TIMEFRAME / DELIVERY: After 1-2 weeks of work, the Artwork is shared in a Google Drive Folder. You'll have 14 days to request other minor changes. Keep that in mind before requesting with a tight deadline!
